Ok 193 for one of the best meals we have had on our anniversary in the eleven years of marriage to a foodie the steak was the 40 oz porterhouse for two cooked medium wonderful the cook was perfect the aging gave the meal a tenderness that made me worry about biting my lip we had side I forget what they were well the potato was supperly cooked and we had a good side of mushrooms, The Key to this night was the Meat, I just totally Loved the porterhouse, they say on their menu that they are the Mercedes of Steak houses also being a Part of the California Dreamers Restaurant chain.

I can't dispute others claims that this is the best restaurant in Myrtle Beach. Our meal was fantastic. From the raw Oysters and broiled shrimp to the steaks, sea bass, garlic cheese mashed potatoes and frings the food and service left nothing to want for. At $320 for a family of four it wasn't cheap but if you are looking for a treat or to celebrate a special occasion you can't go wrong.

Just OK.... Service is good, but the food is average...

Visited there Saturday night as guests of some wonderful friends. Atmosphere was pleasant, we were able to enjoy some wonderful conversation without any problem. Steaks were some of the best I have ever had, grilled by very intense heat, with seasoning in just the right proportions where you actually got to enjoy the taste of the beef, and it was excellent.

Great food and excellent service! Its a bit pricey but if you can afford it definitely try it out! This is how a steak house should be. We enjoyed every part of our meal!

Outstanding .... Beef carpachio app and oysters rock were amazing. Small filet was cooked perfect and would rate 9/10

I came with a really large group last night (probably close to 20). For appetizers, we had creamed spinach, sauteed mushrooms, oysters Rockefellar, jumbo lump crabmeat, and baked shrimp. Everything was good except for the mushrooms. It seems like they have washed them before sauteeing them. Or maybe they were canned mushrooms which would explain the texture and flavor. Since I was not paying for dinner, I opted for the cheapest meat available which was the center cut filet of rib eye ($29.50). I was deceived initially by the way they name this steak. You would think it would be marbly like a rib eye. Unfortunately, it's actually more like a beef loin (probably a sirloin). They cooked it charred, which was good. I always order for medium-well but I got a meat a little more rarer that I desire. However, it was well-seasoned with salt. I prefer my steak a little more exciting than just salt and pepper, however, so this was a very generic-tasking steak and a little boring for me. The service was good, in general. Considering that the restaurant was packed, the waiters were able to attend to our meals on time. The one attending our end of the table, in particular, seemed like a seasoned professional (very well-mannered and courteous). Would I eat in this place again? Probably not. The Brazilian steak house (Rioz) probably offers a little more variety and total experience for about the same price. Then again, I'm not really a beef lover.

My family has dined here on many occasions. One of the best steaks I've had anywhere. Worth the price and a great dining experience. The staff is very professional and attentive.

This is not only the best steak joint in Myrtle Beach, but one of the better places I have been anywhere. In a town where good food is hard to fine, New York Prime is a fantastic change of pace. There are not many 'fine dining' experiences here. I wish I could find more. New York Prime is not a chain (as far as I know). They do what they do very well. It is a shame the only way I can compare it to my friends that have not been there is to use Ruth's Chris. But this place puts them to shame.

Food excellent. Bar service was some of the worst ever. No doubt. Manager was apologetic and repeated "he knew" multiple times. If you see a blonde at the bar, get a table. The food was worth it but get a table.

If you love steak and don't mind paying for it, this is the place to be in Myrtle Beach. Top notch steak provided with excellent service! Be sure to try the appetizer of thick cut bacon. It's a single slice of bacon cut 1 inch thick. Definitely an experience. We'll be back on our next trip!

Fair warning - This place is expensive. Having said that New York Prime is probably the best steakhouse in the Myrtle Beach area. As you're seated you notice pictures of New York past lining the back wall. The menu offers a "Delmonico Steak" as an option. A tribute to the 19th / early 20th century NYC steakhouse. The first to offer an "a la carte" menu. Our orders included two "Petite Filet" (medium) and the ""Porterhouse for Two (medium). Forget steak knives - we didn't need them. The Porterhouse cut like butter and was cooked to perfection. This was certainly one of the best porterhouse I've tasted. The Filets were excellent and the side dishes (Creamed Spinach & Cheese Mashed Potatoes) were a perfect compliment to the steaks - more than enough for the four of us. The service was polite, attentive and businesslike. Upon returning to your table you'll find your napkin set back in it's proper position. In a dining establishment like this little things are noticed. A small spill when poring wine and a bit of creamed spinach missing the plate when served. Comparable to the top New York Steakhouses New York Prime was a wonderful experience. A good time was had by all.

We dined here recently for my sister's birthday. We found both the food and the service to be very good. The only thing that I was outright disappointed in was the wine list. They only had one sparkling wine/ champagne by the glass- and it is the same one that all of the other CentraArchy restaurants have. For appetizers we had the Shrimp Cocktail and the Parmesan Shrimp- Everyone thought that they were very good- HUGE! They also bring out fresh bread- a sourdough and a raisin bread, again both were very good. For our entrees- 3 of us had the filet, which was excellent. Cooked to perfection. One member of our party had the New York Strip and one member had the fresh lobster. Everyone highly enjoyed their entrees. For the sides- We had the creamed spinach, the cheese mashed potatoes, the potato wedges/onion ring combo and the hash browns. To be totally honest, I was really disappointed in the sides. The mashed potatoes were a bit runny- kind of lacking that rich flavor. The wedges were fine- nothing to write home about. I did not taste the spinach. The hash browns were the only side that stood out. For dessert we had the White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie, the Chocolate cake and the Walnut Apple pie. The Chocolate cake was good- the Walnut Apple Pie was fine. My Dad said the Banana Pie was AMAZING. New York Prime is an excellent steakhouse in the heart of Myrtle Beach-They are trying to sell a NYC steakhouse experience and do a good job. if you are choosing one steakhouse to visit in the MB area, I would recommend New York Prime.

We really enjoyed our birthday dinner there. Outstanding service, great food. Salads and vegetables large servings. Great selection of drinks. We will be back. I would recommend the Caesar salad

If you're willing to spend the money and are a fan of NY style steakhouses it is worth every cent. Better than most of the Ruths Chris Steakhouses I've been to. The steak was perfection, sides amazing, and my wife's Sea Bass was the freshest I've seen. The staff was friendly an knowledgeable, the ambiance allowed us to have a romantic intimate dinner. Highly recommenced for discerning customers.

In a class of it's own. NYP is, as most have said, the best Steakhouse in MB and we do our best to go each time we're in MB. It Is very expensive but honestly worth every penny. We have always had the petite filet and have never been able to pull ourselves away because they are always perfect and each bite just melts. Pittsburgh Rare IS truly Pittsburgh Rare and Med Rare is truly Med Rare. This time we did try the Ribeye Filet and think we actually preferred it - slightly, not quite as smooth a texture but even more flavor, a delight to the tastebuds. The Carpaccio is very good and a great way to start the evening. Caesar Salad is always a favorite and enough for two, they put anchovies on the side if one doesn't want them. The sides are large enough for a table of four to share apart from the asparagus which really is for two or three people at most. The cheesy mashed potatoes are a special treat and the creamed spinach is popular with our friends but tends to have too much nutmeg for my taste. The wine menu, we have found to be above satisfactory. They even carry our favorite Coppola Claret. The wait staff are professional! Not there to rush you but to make your evening, however long it lasts, the most enjoyable it can be, and they do a first class job of it every time. We tend to make it an all evening affair, never intentionally it just always seems to happen naturally. As the old adage says, 'time flies when you're having fun', I believe they should also add, 'as it does when you're enjoying a great dinner with friends in a fine Steakhouse.'

Would give 3 1/2 if yelp allowed. Bone in rib eye was very good and cooked just the way I ordered it. The Cesar salad was just ok, a little heavy on the dressing and cheese.

The restaurant is rather small and not exactly intimate, and has a large bar with beautifully carved woodwork. The restaurant's decor is done in a 1930s New York style and the waiters dress the part. I say waiters as there are only waiters, the only females I have ever seen working here are behind the bar (incidentally I've never seen a male bartender). While some may choose to come here for a romantic dinner, I see this place much more as a large group restaurant, especially catering to business associates. So enough about the restaurant, onto the food I've been going here for a few years now when in Myrtle Beach, and it's the best steak you'll find in SC for my money. Everything is done a la carte, so it really is best if you have a group so you can sample everything. I am a Filet guy, and have never ordered anything other than the petite filet. The salads are great, as well as all of the sides. They are done simply and not overthought. From my recollection, the asparagus, Oysters Rockefeller, and mushrooms are all especially good. The steaks are seasoned simply, cooked perfectly on a blazing hot plate, and truly serve to highlight the quality, texture, and flavor of the beef instead of covering it up. I've never had a bad waiter here, and they adapt well to whatever service style you ask for. If you specifically tell him the speed of service and depth of involvement you want him to have, he will execute however you desire. I've never had a bad experience at New York Prime, and I'm sure I'll be visiting at least once or twice this summer.

I love this restaurant. The atmosphere is awesome. The wait staff is attentive, but not over bearing. The food is top notch. Prime steaks cooked to perfection. My wife and I try to go to NYP every time we visit Myrtle Beach. For comparison I think NYP is 10 times better than any Ruth Chris' at which I've eaten. But, not everything is perfect. Never is. Dont expect good deserts. As the waiters have told me more than once "we are not know for our deserts". Do not let this small flaw dissuade you, the rest of the meal is worth it. Have a heated B&B from the bar for desert. Drink a couple of good bottles of wine before. They have a great selection. Also one caveat the creamed spinach is very different. The waiter said it has nutmeg in it. My wife and I did not like it at all. Otherwise, one of if the not the best restaurants at which we have had the pleasure of dining.

This place has been a phenomenal find. We went there twice, while visiting Myrtle Beach for a conference. It's a small place, with more than enough staff to take good, attentive, non-annoying care of you. Food is absolutely phenomenal and portions are large. We tried fillet mignons on our first night here and came back next night to try the fish. Food is selected carefully and is of clearly good quality. Preparation is professional and precise. Presentation is adequate and not over-orchestrated. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Although the restaurant is quite pricey (over $200 for two, with $40 wine and dessert), I would eagerly come back and recommend it wholeheartedly.

If U have the time & $$, U need lots of BOTH! This place is the Best for food. 100% customer satisfaction. I have ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED. if something isn't right, they'll MAKE IT right. We always get the Double cut fillet & split it two-ways. Excellent Chopped salad ( we split that too). Love that spinach too. Dont forget to leave room for their HUGE slice of Chocolate cake & ice cream. Did I just die & go to heaven??? This is my heaven. Don't be in a rush. Come & dine & have some fine wine!!!

I came down to Calabash, NC and used Yelp to find this place. I'll tell you what, it was by far the best restaurant experience I have ever had. my server, Jason, was knowledgable and courteous. The food was everything you would expect from a top Steakhouse and the vibe is charming. If your in the area and can swing the bill, go for it.

My wife were in Myrtle Beach for a race and we were excited with all of the excellent restaurants in the area. We went to NY Prime as a celebration dinner after she completed her 1/2 marathon. We were one of the first couples in the restaurant. We sat in the bar area in a nice table where you were a part of the bar scene, the kitchen area, and the main dining area. Our server was excellent! Very professional and attentive. We are use to eating in pretty decent locations and honestly, the food was just average. We both had the filet and some side vegetabes. While the plates were extremely hot and the beef was cooked nice, everything was ok but not amazing, especially for the price range [each steak was $40 range and the menu was a la carte]. Also, the decor and lighting on the inside seemed like high end 1980's, but didn't quite match the ambiance of most modern steakhouses. In summary: decent food, great service, average at best ambiance. For this price range, I would go somewhere else next time.

This is a surprise. It is a wonderful steakhouse that serves in the manner of great steakhouses, Steaks are equal or better than all I have tried except Peter Lugers. You can travel to NY, Chicago, San Fransisco or Miami and not find a better steak. Small dining room so call ahead. Friendly service. Good drinks. Something you would not expect to find in Myrtle Beach SC.

I went to dinner here with a group of 9 people. Even though we had reservations, we still had to wait, which was fine, we made it work and had drinks at the bar. The service was good, the drinks were good, and the food was good. However I wouldn't say it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the petite New York strip medium rare and it came out a perfect medium well. I think that any steak cooked over a medium is ruining the quality, but I ate it anyway. The time it took to get the food, I was starving and didn't want to wait any longer. The prices are very very expensive, about 35-65 per steak, but most think it's worth it. The price of the steak does not include any sides, so be sure to order those as well. We has the asparagus, mushrooms, and cheesy mashed potatoes. The cheesy potatoes were a little to cheesy for my liking. All in all it was a good dining experience, I might come back next time I'm in town.

  • Robert R.

Ok so this place was pretty great, keeping in mind it's very expensive...not unlike most steakhouse. Of course everything here is a la carte but salads/sides will easily serve 2. My guest and I both ordered the petite filet mignon. I ordered mine slightly under medium-rare my guest ordered medium-well. Both were perfectly cooked as ordered. Skip the Caesar salad its nothing special, but the cheesy mashed potatoes were tasty! I also enjoyed the Sinatra and American songbook music which was playing quite loudly!

One of Myrtle Beaches Best Steak Restaurants. On par with Ruth's Chris and a little less pricy. This is also one of the few places on the strand that you can get a larger 2-4 lb Maine Lobster. Great food, great servers. We love spending an evening here with friends.

  • Who W.

As other reviewers note, this may be the best steak house in Myrtle beach, but honestly, I have made a better steak at home. We did arrive 15 minutes after our reservation (traffic around Myrtle Beach is decidedly worse than one might expect), however, I was surprised that they would even have a table in a corner between the bar and the wait station at a decidedly upscale and expensive place. The waiter was knowledgeable and nice, the wine list was good, and the steak was cooked as ordered. I guess one shouldn't expect a lot of ingenuity at a steak house, and if so New York Prime will meet expectations. The sourdough bread was just bad, although the raisin nut bread was pretty tasty. Why am I not on board with the other reviewers? The atmosphere and attitude didn't really do it for me, too big, too many folks, no real thought going into the menu. And, at the end of the day, the meat was good but not as tasty as the aged NY strip that comes from my kitchen. Someone said that this isn't a chain, but from their website I think it actually is, but it is hard to tell for sure.

I took my family of 5 for a nice dinner on the last night of our vacation. It was spectacular. The service was truly unbelievable and the food was superb. I have been to Ruth's Chris and Sullivans, this was as good but maybe a touch better. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The dessert was do die for. If you are ever in Myrtle Beach, give a try. Do it on your last night so as the week goes by you are not dissapointed with all the other restaurant's in the area.

This is the myrtle beach smith and wollenskis. The food is incredible, the service was great. The server adapted beautifully to our warped sense of humor. Be prepared to pay. The wine list was very nice, and not at all what I would have expected price wise, we got to try something from our cellar for "almost" what we paid for it.

Table for one: Barrel cut filet - perfectly cooked rare; seasoned well 3lb lobster - when you serve the tomale, you know what's up. Moet bottle - consistent DONE excellent service from Lee.

  • Ashley D.

I had a fantastic meal and excellent service here. I ordered the Petite Filet medium and it can out perfectly. The steaks are cooked "Chicago style" here, which I don't recall having before. This gives a bit of a crusty shell on the steak while keeping the center tender. Our table shared asparagus and mushrooms as sides - both cooked nicely. The mushrooms are a mix of three different kinds with garlic. I loved how attentive the servers were. They seemed genuinely concerned that we were happy with our meals. I wish I had room for dessert!

Great Experience! We started with appetizers of Oysters Rockefeller and Carpaccio, the Oysters were the best we've ever had. We were having the Carpaccio for the first time and it was excellent. Next up were 2 12 oz center cut filets cooked to medium rare and a 8 oz petite filet cooked to medium, all were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The sides of creamed spinach and baked potato could be served as a meal and would be impressive. The attentive wait staff is not like any other restaurant in the area, every establishment should take note of New York Prime. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Vacationed here and decided to try this "top steak house" because it was recommended by a local. 5 stars for service and 0 star for price/flavor. My husband and I ordered the petite filet mignon and it just tasted like burnt crusted steak. We both ordered it medium and it came out medium well. We also ordered oysters, caesar salad and a side of creamed spinach. The salad was drenched in dressing and the spinach was very bland. I had to season the spinach with salt and lemon just to give it some flavor. I was very disappointed because we spent $200 for mediocre flavors. For dessert, I wanted to try the chocolate cake but $25 for a giant cake? Come on, how often would anyone eat a "giant" $25 cake by themselves? My husband doesn't like sweets so I had no one to share it with. I am a huge foodie so spending money on good food is not a problem. Unfortunately, this was not good.

Absolutely amazing. We had a great experience here. We started with the shrimp cocktail and then the lump crab and the Seabass for dinner. This was one of the best Seabass meals I have had. For sides we had mushrooms and asparagus. The service was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place. I liked a lot. Went with wife and the valet complimentary parking was available. While we waited we ordered from the bar couple drinks. The waiter was very knowledgable. He explained the whole menu for us. The food was delicious. I ordered bone in rib steak with cheese mashed potatoes and spinach My wife had filet steak. The meat was perfect so the cheese mashed potatoes.

A very last minute decision, we were undecided as to where to go since we were vacationing. We made a great choice! No complaints, great service (thank you Chris) and great food! Will definitely return next time we are in Myrtle Beach as well as visit a location in our home area.

New York prime was a great dining experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the wine list extensive, and the food superb. The Jazz playing lightly in the background was a nice tough. I went with my boyfriend as our "nice" meal of vacation. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend the mashed potatoes as a side dish!

Excellent! Had dinner on Friday night with a group. The service was outstanding and the food was wonderful. My husband ordered sea bass and I had a petite filet. Cooked to perfection. The side dishes were perfectly prepared and the NY cheesecake was devine. I highly recommend this restaurant -- much better than Ruth's Chris.

Let me preface review by saying girlfriend and I were contemplating Ruth Chris first and settled on New York Prime as it was recommended by friend who lives in Myrtle Beach. I started meal with the sizzling thick cut bacon and it was not really what I expected and tasted more like a pork chop than bacon. Caesar salad was delicious with nice ration of grated cheese and a wonderful homemade dressing. I settled on the Bone in Ribeye and it was cooked perfectly, well seasoned and flavorful. I liked the charring from the broiler and it added to the overall flavor of the meat. My girlfriend chose the petite filet and she was also impressed. Our server, Jeremy was attentive, courteous and provided the service you would expect when visiting an expensive steakhouse of this sort. We were certainly impressed by his service as well as the fact that the host also came to our table to inquire how our Ribeye and Filet were, this was a nice touch. Overall New York Prime was a wise decision, food and service were both excellent and I would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the Myrtle Beach area.

The food was great, as usual. They had set the table for our wedding anniversary, but our waiter, Bill acted like he hated his job and didn't want to be there. Had a great bottle of Miner Cab. The place was packed and the smoke from the kitchen was little to be desired. Our clothes will have to be dry cleaned. Still a great place, but an off night.

We looked for a 4-star steakhouse in myrtle beach and we found New York prime .we had to drive 30 minutes before we get there the food was not the way they described it online, high price for poor quality!!!! never go back again Yes I did but he did not say a word..

  • Brian M.

I was pretty disappointed with New York Prime. I had been here once before about 2 years ago, and remembered it being pretty good. I suppose that's how I would describe it now as well, not excellent, really perhaps 3 1/2 stars but not worthy of 4 or 5 stars. The steak here just isn't that great. Perhaps for South Carolina it's the best thing going, but New York City places like Sparks, the Palm, etc are just that much better. My wife had the bisque soup. The last time she had it here, she remembered it was one of the best she had ever had, this time she said that it tasted old and was almost too thick to eat. I have a feeling this place rest on its laurels, meaning it hasn't changed since its inception, even though perhaps it should. The steak and sides are really just plain tasting and perhaps not with the times. There is really nothing unique about them. The best aspect of the restaurant is the staff, they provide great service, and really at any given time there are about three people helping take care of you. Overall, this is likely the best steak in town, but not nearly as good as a steak restaurant in NYC.

  • Patrick P.

Had prior positive experiences but not this time. For a $280 meal for two, I expect close to perfection. 66% capacity. Waiter and food courses very slow. Locals seem to get attentive service. Shellfish bisque wonderful. Beefsteak tomato and onion salad could have came straight from grocery store -plain. 1/4 of Bone in Ribeye charbroiled to dust. Manager asked to replace but did not want to wait another 15 min or more while wife finished. Wife's meal was perfect.

This restaurant is the BEST!!! The steaks are the best we have every ate. We don't even waste our time or money eating steaks anywhere else. The service is phenomenal! All I can say is GREAT!

Best meal we have had in Myrtle Beach. Classy, low key, wonderful dining. They just do it right! The steaks were wonderful, perfectly cooked and served sizzling. Caesar salad was awesome. No complaints, the waiters that work here are professional and have worked here for years. It shows! Highly recommend!

So I have no idea what the fuss is all about this place!!!! First of all pages & pages of explanations of why they are better than any other steakhouse out there...ALL BS!!! I have been to many steakhouses before I have never been to a steakhouse where I have to season my own meat. The fries were also flavorless. The whole experience was absolutely horrible. OVER PRICE for Olive Garden quality. Don't go here cuz you will end up spending over $100 bucks for longhorn/Olive Garden quality.

Great steak dinner. We had the oysters Rockefeller, carpaccio, bone in ribeye, 3 lb lobster, potatoes, mushrooms and onions. All delicious. I traditionally dont like ribeyes due to the business of cutting around the marbling. This one was perfect and no large marbling swirls. Awesome. Compares to David Burked Primehouse in Chicago. The lobster was delicious. However ask to keep the body if you like the tamale/roe or else you will miss out. Mushrooms were a good blend of shitake, potabellas, and creminis. Wine bottles seemed priced $20 over Washington DC prices. But traditional high end recognizable makers, nothing original. $250 check for 2 of us. Will be back next visit down.

We dined here Sept 22, 2014 for our second time. Again, our dinner was superb and the service equally fantastic! Their steaks are prepared Pittsburgh style and are the best we've ever had! In addition, their Chilean Sea Bass is also the Best we've ever had and we travel extensively. Sides were delicious and plentiful and their cheesecake cannot be compared... It is flown in daily from Carnege Deli in NYC. This has become our favorite restaurant in Myrtle Beach and will recommend it to everyone. Chris was our waiter both times and was awesome!

I really want to give New York Prime more stars but I honestly can't. From the minute I walked in the door I felt instantly uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I heard about New York Prime from other vacationers and knew that we were walking into a classy restaurant so we were dressed up for our last dinner in myrtle beach. The second I walked in the door I was stared at by the other customers and some waitstaff and they didn't stop staring until we were seated. I am Cape Verdean so I have lighter features than an African American but because I had been on the beach all week I was about 5 shades darker. It didn't help that I was the only colored person in the whole restaurant that night. My boyfriend and I had our meals which were ok. I've had better steak at longhorn steakhouse honestly. The cheesy mashed potatoes were great as well as the sautéed mushrooms and onions. The menu is a la carte and all the sides are big enough for 2. The vibe is old school New York City. From the uniforms the waiters wear to the music they play, you will feel like you walked right in to the 1930s. The presentation of everything was great. Food is brought out and packaged to go for you on carts. It was almost too dark for my liking but that was the least of my worries. The event that ruined this experience the most for me was when I walked towards the bathroom and a white male was walking out of the men's room. He saw me and said "wow they allow n***ers in here?" I was so shocked that didn't even use the bathroom. I just walked back out and told my boyfriend to get the check. I know it's the south and I was expecting some sort of racism while visiting but honestly? It's 2013, how disgusting can you be? Like I said I wasn't impressed with my steak and for being such an expensive restaurant, you'd think the patrons would have some class but boy was I wrong. I plan on visiting myrtle beach in the future and I know I shouldn't let one persons ignorance spoil it but I won't be at this restaurant again.

Sat at the bar on a Thursday night; the place was incredible bartenders were fantastic, we followed all of Angie's recommendations and she did not steer us wrong. Onion Rings, bacon appetizer, cheese mashed potatoes, and the filet, we were struggling by the time we left but in a very good way!

This could very well be the best steakhouse in Myrtle Beach.....but I wasn't sure what that meant until we visited. We asked the concierge for a recommendation and she hesitated to offer up NY Prime but because it was in walking distance to our hotel and the reviews online were great, we went for it. Once you walk in, you kind of feel like you are in a midtown Manhattan steakhouse but once the food comes the feeling will quickly disappear. Our entire group is from the Northeast and many of us experience true NY steakhouses for business and on our own. This was an extremely disappointing meal for the prices they charge. You will pay NYC prices ($40-60 per steak). Meat was tough and chewy, even the filet. Long story short, ask around to see what a better deal is for a steak dinner. If this is the best steak house, it's not worth the money. I would give it 1-star but there are probably worse spots in Myrtle for steak. Positive note.....service was pretty good.

My go to place for a great meal and great service. None better anywhere I have been.

Excellent service and atmosphere. The sea bass was excellent! The steak was OK, not up to par with a Ruth's or Del Frisco's, or Joe's in Vegas (our favorite). I would not go back here for steak - not worth the price, but I would go back for the sea bass!

What an awesome steak house tucked away in Myrtle Beach! I absolutely loved my experience here. Great service and great food. I felt like I wasn't in Myrtle Beach anymore. I will be back again.
